Client Population

Adolescent girls (15+) and Women

I have a heart for teen girls and women. Truthfully, it’s not always easy being a girl in this world. I hope to be a safe place to bring those struggles, and to encourage a sense of safety and courage to speak honestly about what hurts, what is difficult, and what you desire.

Therapeutic Style

My approach is relational, collaborative, and conversational. I am calm and intentional as I hope to offer a safe and empathetic space for clients to step into their story in order to more fully and freely live. Depending on client needs, I utilize ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), FBT (Family Based Treatment for eating disorders) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) techniques in the counseling room.
