It’s no small thing to pursue mental health therapy; to consider talking with someone and sharing personal, and often painful pieces of your story takes a lot of courage. The truth about this life is that it is often really challenging, and we all have seasons that feel overwhelming. Everyone needs a little extra support sometimes.
As a therapist, I hold the unique honor of walking alongside others through some of the hard, in pursuit of coming out on the other side with a greater sense of self and a greater understanding of how to care well for themselves.
